Extra Forge d.o.o.
We are Extra Forge d.o.o., forging the future, specialized in closed die forging of steel and aluminium products. This places us among the few European forges with expert control of both materials and with high tech forgings in small and medium series. Besides steel and aluminium we also produce forgings from bronze, copper, brass and titanium when a project requires special mechanical properties or specific surface treatments. Our strength is the synergy of experience and innovation, a mix of the knowledge of senior forging masters and modern technologies, including Industry 4.0, digital traceability and artificial intelligence in process control. In this way we create precise, sustainable and competitive forgings which meet the highest European quality standards.

Overview
Extra Forge d.o.o. is a boutique high tech forge specialized in precise steel and aluminium forgings, combining precision, speed and technical support through the entire process, from idea to final product. With more than 30 years of experience and continuous investment in development, we ensure repeatability, precision and full traceability for our customers. Our forgings are parts used by leading European manufacturers in mechanical engineering, energy, lifting technology, steel structures, agricultural machinery and e mobility.

Aluminium is three times lighter than steel. With proper forging, for example alloys 6082 or 7075, it reaches up to 75 percent of the strength of steel. It is ideal for light and strong components in the energy and e mobility industry.
Fact about strength of forgings
Forged products reach up to 40 percent higher tensile strength and 30 percent longer service life than cast parts. Due to directed grain flow they are highly resistant to vibration, impacts and fatigue, so they are key in energy, transport, e mobility and construction.
