We combine our family forging tradition with Industry 4.0 technologies. Our CNC 50 kJ forging hammer and 1000 t screw press support controlled production. We agree dimensional tolerances, inspection requirements and traceability documentation for each project, according to its material, geometry and delivery condition.
Our engineers support you from the first idea to the ready-to-install part. We help you choose the right material, optimise the geometry for forging and define tolerances, so you get a mechanically safe and economical design. We then manage tool development, forging, heat treatment, machining and surface protection (KTL, galvanizing, zinc coating, anodizing) under one control.
Our quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We use measurement and process records to check production against agreed requirements. Material, heat treatment, inspection documentation and any surface finishing are defined for each project. Energy use and process improvements are monitored as part of our environmental management.

Precision Steel Forging
We manufacture closed-die forgings in carbon, alloy and stainless steels, with net forging weights up to 4 kg. Small and medium series are made to your drawing. Material, heat treatment, dimensional tolerances and inspection requirements are agreed for the intended application.
Aluminium
Closed-Die Aluminum Forging
We manufacture closed-die aluminium forgings with net weights up to 3 kg, using 6082, 7075, 2014 and 2017 alloys. We supply small and medium series to your drawing. Alloy, delivery condition, heat treatment and finishing are selected for the component and its operating requirements.
