Production program
Extra Forge d.o.o. is a high tech manufacturing company specialized in small and medium series closed die forging of steel and aluminium products. With our know how and equipment we supply precise, mechanically stable and sustainably produced forgings for a wide range of industrial applications.
We forge parts from 0.05 kg to 7 kg.
We handle compact technical components and complex geometries with tight tolerances. Besides steel and aluminium forgings we also supply forged semi finished parts from copper, brass, bronze and titanium when a project needs special mechanical properties, conductivity or corrosion resistance.
Our process is based on a complete offer and short lead times. We achieve this with modern forging and machining equipment, computer aided simulations and digital traceability in line with Industry 4.0 principles. We provide technical support through the full process, from tool and forging process development to heat treatment, machining and surface treatment.
