Our greatest motivation is to create something lasting, something that remains. Every forging that leaves our factory is the result of people who believe in what they do. In a world where automation dominates, we preserve the human touch no machine can replace. We are driven by pride when we know that products from our hands are used by companies all over Europe, from energy and construction industry to e mobility.
We are motivated by our employees who prove every day that knowledge, respect and cooperation create more than a product, they create a sense of belonging and shared success. At Extra Forge we do not forge only metal, we forge trust, relationships and the future.

What motivates you personally in Extra Forge?
The awareness that we continue the tradition of our ancestors and upgrade it every day. That we create something with meaning, for our people, customers and community.
What does “forging the future” mean?
It means that every decision, every project and every product is made with a view ahead, to improve, not only repeat. The future does not happen by itself, we forge it.
